Reserving a Boat with iCrew
On first login, your username will be your email address (the one you used previously in Regatta Central).
Click forgot password to set your password.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Reserving boats
You can log in from a web browser on your computer or phone, or you may download the iCrew app. If you are at the boathouse, you may use the tablet at the desk to reserve and check in/check out boats.
Note: if you need to change your email address or have trouble logging in, contact support@rivannarowing.org
If using your phone or computer,
Go to https://icrew.club/logon and log in using your personal account. You may also download the app for iPhone or Android.
Your User ID will be your email address
On your first log in, click forgot password and request a reset code be sent to you.
Click Your Home
Select Reserve a Shell
Check the box next to Come here after logging on to start on this page next time you log in.
Enter the date and times for your reservation, and select a shell.
You may choose to identify the rowers in the other seats in your shell.
Click Make Reservation.
You may click the box check in at the time of reservation (if rowing within the next 30 minutes), or you may return to this page to check in at the time of your row.
After you row, you can come back to this page to check your shell in, and log any damage (if applicable)
If accessing iCrew in from the boathouse computer
You do not need to log in. You just need to select your name from the member list on the One-the-water Page.
Select your name from the member list drop-down, then click Select a Shell
Enter the date and times for your reservation, then click on the shell you want to reserve from the Available shells.
If the shell you want isn’t available, you can scroll to the bottom of the screen to see which shells are already reserved or are unavailable due to damage.
(Optional) Enter any notes/rowing plan info.
(Optional) Indicate the rowers you intend to row with, or leave seats empty
Click Make Reservation
You may click the box check in at the time of reservation (if rowing within the next 30 minutes), or you may return to this page to check in.
After you row, you can come back to this page to check your shell in, and log any damage (if applicable)
