Coached Programs

Our programs offer an opportunity for new rowers in our community to learn the sport and for experienced rowers to improve their skills for either fitness or competition.

Note: programs may be cancelled if minimum enrollment is not met.  Program registration fees are non-refundable, except in the case of documented medical necessity or program cancellation.

Learn to Row
and Novice Rowing

It’s never too late to discover the sport of rowing! These programs are designed for those with little or no rowing experience who would like to learn the basics of rowing, while having fun.

After completing the LTR program, rowers can continue to develop skills in our Novice program.

Notes

All programs have minimum and/or maximum enrollments in order to ensure a good rowing experience for the participants and viability for the club. If any program is full, please contact us to express your interest (we will do our best to maintain a waitlist and expand offerings if possible). If enrollment for any session does not reach the minimum number of participants, the session may be adjusted or cancelled.

If a rower registered for a program is unable to complete the program, program fees will not be refunded except for documented medical reasons
